Assurance, Risk & Inquiries
Scott Consulting is licensed by the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority to conduct workplace investigations and has led numerous sensitive inquiries and investigations involving allegations of fraud or beaches of integrity and ethics. We advise on the establishment of risk and audit committees and how these can best operate to provide effective assurance and risk management. Assignments have included reviewing problematic project implementations to identify causes and remediation actions.
Strategy & Policy
We specialise in organisational reviews and providing advice to Chief Executives on organisational strategy and performance. We’ve also worked with large policy teams and led the development of new policy proposals, including Machinery of Government changes for Ministers.
Programme Leadership & Support
Scott Consulting can provide management for complex programmes or projects. This includes working across multiple organisations to align direction and resourcing, managing interactions with senior leaders, politicians, Iwi partners and stakeholders. Responding to reform
Scott Consulting has particular expertise and experience in assisting central and local government organisations in responding to significant government-initiated reforms such as the water services reform programme. We can provide organisations with policy development capability, fill senior leadership positions on a temporary or fixed term basis, and provide programme and change management and support services.
